Change-of-mind
Unopened products in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if you contact us first at [email protected].
Not eligible
- Opened tobacco products (hygiene / resale restrictions).
- Returns sent without prior approval.
Faulty or incorrect orders
If goods arrive damaged or not as described, email photos and your order number. ACL remedies may include replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back via the original payment method where possible after inspection.
